「すみませんジャーニー」（以下「本アプリ」）は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・正確な位置情報など、個人を直接特定する情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。

1. 本アプリが扱う情報

• 匿名のプレイヤーID：端末で自動生成され、iCloud キーチェーンに保存されます。再インストール時にランキングの記録を引き継ぐために使います。
• ニックネームとアバター：ランキングに表示するため、サーバーに保存します。
• スコア：ランキングのため、その週の自己ベストを更新したプレイの記録（各ミニゲームの結果）をサーバーに送ります。
• コレクション・ガチャ・図鑑：端末内に保存され、お使いの iCloud（キー値ストレージ）にバックアップされます。当方のサーバーには送信しません。
• 匿名のプレイ統計：ゲームの難しさを調整するため、プレイが終わるごとに、進んだミニゲームの数、失敗したミニゲームとその難易度、スコア、プレイ時間、ルート、アプリのバージョン、表示言語をまとめた統計を送信します。この統計にはプレイヤーIDや IP アドレスは含まれず、個人と結び付けられることはありません。約3か月後に自動的に削除されます。

これらは Cloudflare, Inc. のサーバー（Workers / D1 / Analytics Engine）に保存され、ゲームの提供と改善にのみ使用します。第三者に販売・提供することはありません。

2. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定のため、広告識別子（IDFA：許可された場合のみ）、IPアドレス、端末情報、広告の閲覧・操作状況などを収集することがあります。IP アドレスから、おおよその位置（国や地域など）が推定されることがあります。本アプリは位置情報の利用許可を求めないため、正確な位置情報は収集されません。

• トラッキングの許可は、iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」でいつでも変更できます。
• 欧州経済領域・英国・スイスでは、Google の同意管理（UMP）により初回に同意を確認します。アプリ内の「設定」から変更できます。

3. データの削除

アプリ内の「設定 → データを削除」から、サーバー上の記録（ニックネーム、アバター、スコア）と、端末内および iCloud バックアップのデータを削除できます。削除は取り消せません。匿名のプレイ統計は個人と結び付いていないため個別に削除できませんが、約3か月で自動的に削除されます。

4. 不適切なニックネームの通報

ランキングの行をタップすると、ニックネームの通報やプレイヤーのブロックができます。複数の通報を受けたニックネームは自動的に削除されます。

5. セキュリティ

通信はすべて TLS で暗号化されています。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

変更がある場合は、このページで告知します。

8. お問い合わせ

お問い合わせフォームからお送りください。フォームの内容（お問い合わせ内容と、任意のお名前・返信先メール）はメールで開発者に届き、お返事のためだけに使います。サーバーには保存しません。スパム対策として、フォームでは Cloudflare Turnstile を使っています。

Privacy Policy

Sumimasen Journey ("the App", "we", "us") does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number or precise location. No sign-up is needed.

1. Data We Use

• Anonymous player ID: generated on your device and kept in iCloud Keychain, used to keep your leaderboard record after reinstalling.
• Nickname and avatar: stored on our server to show you on the leaderboard.
• Scores: for the leaderboard, a run that beats your best of the week is sent to our server (the result of each minigame in it).
• Collection, gacha and discoveries: kept on your device and backed up to your own iCloud (key-value storage). They are not sent to our server.
• Anonymous gameplay statistics: to tune the game's difficulty, each finished run sends a summary: how many minigames were cleared, the minigame (and its difficulty) where the run ended, the score, the play time, the route, the app version and the display language. It contains no player ID or IP address and is never linked to you. It is deleted automatically after about 3 months.

This data is stored on servers run by Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers / D1 / Analytics Engine) and is used only to run and improve the game. We never sell or share it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device information and ad interactions. AdMob may infer your approximate location (such as your country or region) from your IP address. The App never asks for location permission, so your precise location is not collected.

• You can change the tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent first through Google's User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice in the App's Settings.

3. Deleting Your Data

In the App, go to Settings → Delete my data to erase your records on our server (nickname, avatar, scores), on your device and in your iCloud backup. This cannot be undone. Anonymous gameplay statistics are not linked to you, so they cannot be deleted individually; they are deleted automatically after about 3 months.

4. Reporting Nicknames

Tap a row on the leaderboard to report a nickname or block a player. Nicknames reported by several players are removed automatically.

5. Security

All communication is encrypted with TLS.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any change will be announced on this page.

8. Contact Us

Please use the contact form. What you send (your message, and your name and reply address if you give them) is emailed to the developer and used only to answer you; it is not stored on our server. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam.
